Chair Yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through a form of adaptive exercise. You are supported by a chair, so you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits that have been known for thousands of years to improve your flexibility, and elevate your overall health and well being. Summer classes will be offered at Trinity in July on Mondays from 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM.
Gentle Yoga classes will be offered at Trinity on Mondays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
The Gentle Yoga classes are for both beginners and seasoned yoga students and are designed to revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase your energy and reduce your stress. Classes focus on gentle stretching, core strengthening and breathing techniques.
All classes are under the guidance of Linda Davida, certified Yoga Instructor.
