Soup and Devotions Evening

Beginning on February 29, there will be a Soup and Devotions evening at 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday throughout Lent. The free meal will be provided by the church members, and the evening is open to anyone who cares to attend. The Devotion part of the evening will involve a Lenten series called "Jerusalem Speaks -- Voices in the Shadow of the Cross" by Rochelle Pennington, an award winning newspaper columnist, lecturer, and author of ten books, many concerned with historical subjects. "Jerusalem Speaks" includes twelve character portrayals of those persons who played significant roles in the final days of Christ's earthly walk.
