Sunday School
Trinity’s Sunday School is composed of a vibrant and ethnically mixed number of children, ages 5-12. Our teachers, some of whom grew up in Trinity Lutheran Church themselves, possess a desire to teach the Gospel story to all children who worship with us.
We are using a current edition of an exciting Sunday school curriculum from “Cokesbury, Resources for the Christian Journey.” We have an enthusiastic group of young teachers who relate strongly with our children.
We meet together with families and the entire congregation for the main worship service at 10:15 am on Sunday mornings. The pastor gives a “Children’s Sermon” early in the service, followed by departure to the Sunday school classroom area. The children are taught the basic tenants of the Christian faith, as portrayed in scripture.
Enjoying and growing from the learning experience is highly valued by students and teachers alike.
